Player Registration Form for 2021/22 season:-

Please distribute this form to your team and ask them to complete and return to you no later than 31st May. If you have any new players joining then they must complete and return this before they start their 1st training session. This completed form will then allow them to attend 2 free consecutive training sessions before they commit 100% to joining the Club.

COVID-19: UPDATED GUIDANCE FOR OUTDOOR GRASSROOTS FOOTBALL

Updated – 6th September 2021

The full guidance documents can be downloaded here and should be referred to for further details. The summary key points are:

1. On field adaptions for playing football are no longer required.
2. No limits of how many people can meet.
3. One metre plus rule removed.
4. The definition of close contact remains the same, however the rules on self-isolation will be changing from 16 August.
5. Face coverings no longer required by law, but recommended in crowded indoor settings and may be mandated by some clubs or facility providers.
6. Changing rooms can be used, however participants should use their own judgement and minimise use where possible to avoid close contact in a crowded area for a prolonged time.
7. No capacity limits for spectators but good practice is encouraged.
8. Hospitality is permitted without restrictions.
9. NHS Test and Trace QR codes not required by law but encouraged.
10. Free NHS lateral flow testing is available to clubs and we encourage clubs to take this up.
11. No domestic travel restrictions. Participants should continue to follow Government advice on international travel for any fixtures/ tournaments.

General Club Information

OWTFC is an FA Standard Charter Club and affiliated to BBFA (Bucks and Berks FA). OWTFC 2021/22 Season affiliation ID for BBFA is “X-B&B3973”

OWTFC play all their League/Cup games within the EBFA League (East Berks FA)

All League/Cup games are on a Saturday morning (KO between 9.00 – 13.00)

All Team training session are run by the Coach/Manager.  Please contact the Coach of the relevant age group team to find out when and where they train each week.

FA Respect Programme

OWTFC agrees to uphold the ‘FA Respect programme’ and ‘We Only Do Positive’ campaign and as a member joining OWTFC we expect all our Players, Club Officials, Coaches, Managers, Parents, Guardians, Spectators and Match Officials to abide by these guidelines. More information on the ‘FA Respect programme’ and ‘We Only Do Positive’ campaign can be found here

Laws Of The Game

OWTFC play under the laws of the game, set by the International Football Association Board, which features representatives from The Football Associations of England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and FIFA.  These laws can be found here

On top of these Laws, OWTFC abide by the specific Rules set out by the League we play in ‘EBFA’ for all League and Cup games.  These rules are all outlined in the EBFA Handbook for all Teams on 5v5, 7v7, 9v9 and 11v11 games.   The ‘EBFA Handbook and Rules’ can be found here.
